Boots shoppers can get up to half price online - but only if you have an Advantage Card

Boots have made changes to their Advantage Card scheme which sees shoppers benefit from up to half price on selected products. Following a successful in-store only trial in January, customers can now access the deals from home online, too.

The scheme, called the Price Advantage, works similarly to the Tesco Clubcard, where members can pick up exclusive discounted prices when they present their Advantage Card at the checkout..

The Price Advantaged launched online at Boots.com today (April 6), with 215 products included, which will change monthly.

The Boots Advantage Card launched in 1997, and has been providing shoppers with perks and points every time they swipe their card. Card holders can collect four points per pound spent, which can then be used to pay for goods.

Other perks include bonus points when you sign up, the free Health & Beauty magazine, as well as added bonuses for parents, students and those over 60.

Now, they can shop brands like No7, 17, Maybelline and CeraVe at a fraction of the price, just for being signed up to the free Advantage Card.

In store, products included in the offer can be recognised by a pink ticket, which displays that lower price for Advantage Card holders, but online shoppers will see a little red box above the retail price that reads, for example, ‘£10 with Advantage Card’.
