Bolton Wanderers injury latest on Kieran Lee and Ricardo Santos appeal ahead of Charlton Athletic

Bolton Wanderers have no fresh injury concerns ahead of tomorrow evening's clash against Charlton Athletic as they wait to hear the outcome of an appeal of Ricardo Almeida Santos' red card.

Santos was sent off over the weekend against Morecambe for alleged handball, but Wanderers have lodged an appeal and are hopeful it will be rescinded in time for tomorrow's game against the Addicks.

Gethin Jones was rested for the clash against the Shrimps and is back available for tomorrow's encounter.

Kieran Lee was taken off at half time over a bone growth on his heel which is causing problems, but this is being managed and he is likely to have an operation in the summer to correct this.

But Wanderers have no fresh injury concerns as Jones was left out over the weekend over soreness from a now healed fractured fibula suffered earlier in the season and it appears to have paid dividends.

Evatt said: “Everybody is fit, healthy and available. We’ve obviously got the appeal lodged for Ricardo’s red and we’re waiting to hear back off that and there is a panel being brought together today to hear our appeal and look and evidence and make a decision on that.”

“It would be for tomorrow. We’re very hopeful and obviously we’ve all seen the images and the footage. It’s a very harsh decision, one that was probably wrong in my opinion, but we’ve got this appeal that can take place and they can see the same evidence that we’ve all seen and it gets rescinded, but we’re waiting to hear on that.

“He (Lee) has got a bit of a bone growth on his heel. It does need shaving. It is causing him some issue, but we can’t and won’t get it shaved
