Blackburn Rovers transfer claim made involving Leeds United player

Blackburn Rovers manager Tony Mowbray believes a loan deal for Leeds United winger Ian Poveda may not have come to fruition if there was a break clause in his contract, speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph.
