‘Biryani burritos’ and crumbles with BOTTOMLESS CUSTARD heading to shipping container food court under Mancunian Way

A wealth of Pakistani street food, including biryani burritos, is heading to Hatch, the award-winning food court underneath the Mancunian Way. Pukht is the latest food operator to open, with pukht meaning ‘cooked’ in Urdu.

As well as biryani burritos, the menu will also feature chaat loaded nachos and smokey butter chicken burgers. Lockdown-born business Pukht has already proved a hit with a series of pop-ups across Cheshire.

Founder Aisha Tilstone said: “It's been a tough few years for many food operators but the passion to produce good, honest food remains in our hearts. Pakistani food is so underrated and many people don't know the incredible flavours we can produce.

“Our crumbles appeal to lovers of old school desserts, as well as people who love to be adventurous with their puds. Everyone
