Big Newcastle United survey after season like no-other with potential for even more excitement

Not to go all Martin Tyler on you, but I swear we'll never see anything like this again at Newcastle United. A whirlwind takeover, a drawn out manager upgrade, a bruising first half of the season followed by a scintillating January transfer window and a remarkable recovery.

Newcastle finished the season in 11th, on 49 points. They were rock bottom of the league in January and cut adrift.

They lost to Cambridge United at home in the FA Cup. Yet the recovery from that low will be remembered for a long-time on Tyneside.
