Big Brother viewers slam 'worst eviction ever' as housemate exits in biggest twist

Big Brother aired one of its most shocking twists this series as one housemate was evicted in a brutal backdoor eviction.

Baked Potato, real name Rosie, was booted out after being announced as the housemate with the lowest amount of votes.

The housemates were gathered at the sofas and took it in turns to pick envelopes, with Segun randomly picking a gold envelope and being tasked with a huge decision.

He was tasked with picking three housemates to take into the vault with him and decided to pick Baked Potato, Ali and Nathan.

Big Brother told him that if he was able to correctly identify which housemate got the most amount of votes to stay, he would win £10,000.

He put his money on Ali and guessed correctly, before Big Brother told them that Baked Potato received the lowest amount of votes and was immediately evicted.

Viewers at home weren't too happy with the twist and flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their reactions.

One person fumed: "@ITV have single handedly ruined Big Brother in a single episode. This isn’t entertainment at all. You’ve evicted the person with the lowest votes from the 3 chosen, which means other HMs with less votes to win have got to the final smells of rigging to fit their narrative #bbuk."

Another viewer said: "This was the worst back door eviction ever. No shock twist no emotional moments and another good housemate gone over boring ones #bbuk."

Somebody else penned: "Put the 10k back into the prize pot and have ITV pay for it. Segun has stolen that money from someone else #BBUK."

Yet another commented: "cannot believe nathan is still in AND BAKEYP GOT A BACKDOOR EVICTION." (sic)
