Perched at the top of Number 1 Hardman Square on Spinningfields, the venue has just appointed a new head chef in the form of Daniel Scott, previously at Manchester's only Michelin-starred venue Mana.
His inventive launch menu from later this month will include the likes of seared pigeon breast, spiced monkfish loin and Ras el Hanout cauliflower steak.
As well as the stunning views throughout the restaurant, there is also an outdoor terrace, that boasts undercover globe seating during the winter months.
