'Best in the world' - Man City fans laud Rodri and Phil Foden after opener vs Leeds United

Manchester City fans have been reacting to their opening goal against Leeds United after Rodri nodded home from Phil Foden's inch-perfect cross.

The Spanish midfielder grabbed another important goal for the Blues inside the opening 15 minutes with a deft header to give City the lead. They had an early scare after Joao Cancelo slipped in the centre circle but the hosts couldn't capitalise as Rodrigo failed to spot Raphinha unmarked at the back post.

It was an important goal for the visitors as it deflated the Elland Road crowd and put an end to a frantic opening to the contest.
