Berbatov backs Spurs to win north London derby and get top-four place they ‘deserve’

Spurs are currently four points behind Arsenal as the pair meet on Thursday night, but Dimitar Berbatov thinks Spurs have the advantage.

The clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was originally scheduled to take place in January, but due to covid it was rearranged.

With Champions League football at stake, Berbatov thinks this is a must-win game for Spurs.

“This is a massive game for them, and it’s a great opportunity to put the pressure on Arsenal in the race for a spot in the Champions League. The prospect of cutting the gap to one point makes this a must win for Spurs,” Berbatov told Betfair.

Arsenal have won their last four Premier League matches and are now just one point behind Chelsea in third, but Berbatov still thinks it’s all to play for.
