Benetton v Cardiff Live: Score updates, TV channel and start time

Injury-hit Cardiff take on Benetton at Stadio Monigo in the Challenge Cup last 16 on Saturday evening.

Alex Mann returns from Six Nations duty, while Irish prop Ed Byrne makes his first appearance of the season. But the Blue and Blacks are relying on Wales hooker Evan Lloyd to cover the back-row on the bench as injuries pile up.

A planned return for Wales wing Josh Adams has been scrapped, while they are missing five senior second-rows.

Rory Thornton is the only fit senior lock available - with academy product Evan Rees, normally a back-row, starting alongside him.

Victory in Italy would set up a Challenge Cup quarter-final against Exeter Chiefs.

Kick-off is 5.30pm UK, with the match being broadcast on S4C and EPCR TV.
