'Beating Arsenal not for everyone' — Manchester United fans brutally troll Liverpool after loss

Manchester United fans have had no hesitation in mocking Liverpool following their 3-2 defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.

Liverpool got off to the worst possible start in the capital as a free-flowing Gunners attack in the first minute saw the visitors' defence caught cold and Gabriel Martinelli placing a shot beyond Allison. Jurgen Klopp's men did well to react to the early set back and were back level just after the half hour mark through Darwin Nunez.

However, they could not keep the parity until the half time break as Bukayo Saka managed to tap home deep into first half stoppage time. Liverpool once again found a way to get back into the match and equalised through substitute Roberto Firmino's smart finish.

The match was eventually decided by a penalty as Gabriel Jesus was fouled in the penalty area. Saka stepped up for the Gunners and slotted home to secure the three points.

Klopp's side's defeat was the source of mockery from United supporters due to the Reds beating Arsenal before the international break. Antony scored his first for the club that day and Marcus Rashford bagged a brace as Mikel Arteta's team could not handle Erik ten Hag's men.

Defeat for Liverpool means that United can go five points ahead of their fierce rivals with a victory over Everton at Goodison Park. Here is how United fans responded to Liverpool's loss on Twitter.
