BBC The Traitors fans say 'so sorry' after Kas speaks out amid bullying claims
The Traitors is already filled with drama since it aired the first episode of its third season last week. Wednesday night's episode (January 8) caused an uproar from fans as Kas was eliminated, and the faithful has since had to speak out amid bullying claims.
As the night closed in at Ardross Castle, the contestants were once again greeted by Claudia at the roundtable. The Strictly Come Dancing host gave them free rein to discuss who they think the traitor could be, and the reasons why. After some fairly heated discussions, the majority decided to banish Kas from the castle.
Kasim is a 33-year-old doctor from Cambridge, when asked what he could bring to the show he shared: "I'm quite a happy go lucky, bubbly person, I very much go with the flow. I’m quite open, quite honest, very happy to talk to anyone about any issues that come up and it's part and parcel of what I do. However, when I get competitive, a very different side of me comes out."
He added: "I can be quite ruthless, cunning and tactical. Generally, if I'm playing things like board games, I will absolutely stab you in the back to get what I want." He is the third faithful to be eliminated by contestants at the roundtable.
Kas became a target for the other contestants, and fans took to social media to complain about his treatment on the show. On X. @AzeemDigital said: "Free Kas. I hope the traitors win now. Disgusting the way they treated and ganged up on him."
Most of the bullying claims were targeted towards faithful Joe, an English teacher from Southampton.
