BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vito Coppola in gushing tribute to 'my love' and says 'miss you'

Strictly Come Dancing star Vito Coppola has paid a gushing tribute to his 'love' as he's forced to spend time away from home. The dancer had a busy end to 2023 after he emerged victorious in the final of the BBC One dance contest alongside Ellie Leach.

They quickly became favourites among fans of the show as their partnership went from strength to strength over the three months they were dancing together and they later emerged victorious and lifted the coveted Glitterball trophy during the Strictly final in December.

After going their separate ways for Christmas and New Year, with Vito heading back to Italy where he documented working back on his family's farm, the Italian dancer and former Coronation Street Ellie were eventually reunited earlier this year for the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2024 tour.

After touring the country for three weeks, performing in 31 shows in nine different cities, there were emotional scenes when Ellie and Vito once again went their separate ways with Ellie headed off on tour again, this time in her stage debut as Miss Scarlett in Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter.

But it appears Vito may have also stayed in the UK ahead of taking part in the Strictly Come Dancing – The Professionals UK tour which kicks off in the spring.
