BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara issues fresh message to fans amid claims after emotional tribute

Janette Manrara has shared a fresh message to her fans after she shut down claims of issues with one of her former celebrity partners on Strictly Come Dancing.

Will Bayley has said he had suffered a life-changing injury during rehearsals with her in 2019. It comes as the BBC competition faces allegations of alleged bullying and misconduct among the professional dancers.

The table tennis player has arthrogryposis, a condition which affects all of his limbs, and was also diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma during childhood. Responding to the claims, Janette's spokesperson told BBC News: "Janette had a great time dancing with Will and one of her favourite moments on the show was doing their contemporary couples choice. Her celebrity partner's safety and enjoyment was always the priority throughout her time on Strictly. Janette has never received any complaints and has maintained friendships with all her partners, including Will."

Janette has since taken to social media to share a usual update on her day before thanking her fans for their support following the fresh allegations about behaviour in the Strictly ballroom.

Taking to her Instagram Story, the 40-year-old shared a video of herself and her daughter Lyra
