BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell told 'we have to' by Chris McCausland after joint announcement

Dianne Buswell has agreed that she and Chris McCausland need to speak about their Strictly Come Dancing win together for the first time since it happened as they confirmed their next joint venture.

As fans are aware, the professional dancer and comedian were paired together for the 20th-anniversary series of the BBC One dance contest back in September and after three months they made it through to the final where they were crowned the 2024 series champions and lifted the sought after Glitterball trophy.

Despite their success, Dianne and Chris' dancing journey together quickly came to an end unlike some of their other co-stars. Fans will also know, following their dancing triumph, Chris and Dianne have since gone their separate ways after Chris was unable to sign up for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour 2025.

But, last week, Dianne revealed that she and Chris had been reunited and teased that fans had just days to wait to discover what it is they are up to. While fans still have a few days to wait to hear more, the Strictly winners have confirmed what their new joint project is.

Alongside a compilation of clips that were filmed as rehearsal updates for social media throughout their time on the hit dance show, Dianne wrote on Instagram: "Want more of this nonsense? Chris and Dianne are going to be hooking up for a weekly publicly available catch up, otherwise known as a PODCAST. First episode out in just four days and counting.

"If you’ve got any questions for us, put them here and we will try to get around to answering some on the pod See you all on Thursday. We can’t wait! Details on name and where to find it soon."
