Barcelona vs Man City live early team news plus kick-off time and how to watch pre-season clash

Manchester City will be targeting a first victory of their pre-season tour of the United States when they face Barcelona at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando (12am kick-off)

City, who last faced the Spanish heavyweights in August 2022, lost their second successive friendly last time out, being beaten 3-2 by AC Milan over the weekend. Substitute Marco Nasti scored the winner with just over 10 minutes of regulation time left.

After their 4-3 reverse to Celtic a few days earlier, City will be hoping to secure a win as they continue to build towards their first competitive game of the season in the Community Shield against Manchester United on August 10 - though some would even argue that is a glorified friendly.

Pep Guardiola's side will play once more after tonight before returning to the UK, facing Chelsea this weekend, and so the clash with Barcelona means they are into the second half of their tour of the US. As a side note, Erling Haaland will be hoping to score for the third friendly running.

You can follow live updates and analysis from the Camping World Stadium - where the local kick-off time is 7pm - via the blog below:
