Barcelona finalise Erling Haaland transfer plan to beat Man City with added incentives

Barcelona are reportedly finalising a lucrative proposal in a bid to pip Manchester City to a deal for Erling Haaland - with the Spanish giants set to make the Norwegian hotshot the focal point of their ambitious rebuilding project.
