Balaclava-clad burglars steal Rolex watches and wedding rings in terrifying break-in

Balaclava-clad burglars stole wedding rings and luxury watches during a terrifying raid on a home in south Manchester.

After breaking in through the back door, the three suspects forced the victim to the floor before making off with several valuable items of jewellery. They included three wedding rings and two Rolex watches.

The break-in took place shortly after 9pm on Saturday, February 1, on Brooklands Road on the border of south Manchester and Sale.

Police are now appealing to the public for information. Detectives would like to speak to anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage from the area on the night of the burglary.

They have also released images of the stolen rings.

A GMP spokesperson said: "If you have seen these for sale online, or perhaps been approached by someone trying to sell these items, please get in touch. This information could be crucial to our investigation."
