Manchester City won’t panic and alter their approach to the Premier League title race despite Saturday’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, according to Aymeric Laporte.

The second-placed Reds have a game in hand over Pep Guardiola's side and travel to the Etihad Stadium for a blockbuster showdown between the current top two on April 9.
