The 38-year-old singer is selling her oceanfront home for $12 million, according to Dirt.

The home features 3,455 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Avril didn’t own the house for too long as she first bought it back in October 2020 for $7.8 million. She stands to make a big profit on the house if she sells it for the asking price!

The main house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the detached guesthouse contains the separate bedroom and bathroom.

The home features a large front yard and a pool in the backyard with incredible views of the ocean.
