Australia v Fiji Live: Rugby World Cup kick-off time, team news and score updates

Australia and Fiji face one another in Saint-Etienne this evening in what is a crucial match in terms of Wales' Pool C hopes.

Warren Gatland's side currently sit top of their pool, having secured a maximum of 10 points from their opening two games after bonus point wins over Fiji and Portugal. As such, qualification for the quarter-finals is well and truly in their hands.

However, the clash between the Wallabies and Fiji this evening will have a bearing on what Wales will need to do in their remaining two matches against Australia and Georgia.

Should Australia win tonight, then Wales would firmly be in the driving seat for a quarter-final place as they would need only one victory from their final two games.

However, should Fiji win, then Wales are likely going to need a result against the Wallabies in Lyon next week.

It promises to be a fascinating watch from a Welsh perspective, while it has the makings for the game of the round given the quality of the two sides.

Kick-off is at 4.45pm UK time and you can follow the action in the live blog below.
