Assessing QPR, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield United, Nottingham Forest, West Brom & the race for the Championship’s play-offs (watch)

West Bromwich Albion and Blackburn Rovers face-off tonight in the Championship in another hugely important fixture in the race to secure play-off football. 

Rovers sit third in the table under Tony Mowbray, whilst Steve Bruce’s task at West Brom is picking the Baggies up off the canvas after three straight defeats has seen them slip out of the top-six.

The eyes of the rest of the division will be on the Hawthorns tonight, not least because a third of the division find themselves in the same race for the play-offs.

Queens Park Rangers, Huddersfield Town and Middlesbrough all join Fulham, AFC Bournemouth and Blackburn in the top-six, as Nottingham Forest and Sheffield United sit narrowly outside with the Baggies.

There are even clubs further back like Luton Town, Preston North End, Coventry City and Stoke City, who could still be in with a shout of play-off football.
