Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool: The most in-form teams in Europe ranked

Arsenal have leapfrogged both Manchester United and West Ham to claim fourth place in the Premier League table after the Gunners defeated Watford 3-2 on Sunday afternoon.

Only a point now separates Mikel Arteta’s side from the Red Devils, who trail them in fifth place.

But the north London club still have three games in hand on Ralf Rangnick’s side and an excellent run of form has helped Arsenal slowly creep up the ladder to put more surety on their top-four claim.

Despite crashing out of both the League Cup and the FA Cup back in January, the Gunners’ form in the league has been exemplary, having only lost one of their last ten matches.

In that time, they’ve secured a possible 25 points out of 30, having won eight of those games while also drawing once to Burnley.

Arteta’s side now sit at a good platform to launch an attack on Chelsea, who are five points ahead of the gunners in third place.

But how do Arsenal compare with other clubs around Europe’s top five divisions?

Well, AFC Stuff have put together a list of the top-performing clubs currently playing across the continent.

The rankings are based on total points won by each team over their last ten league games and there are some surprising additions to the hierarchy, which you can take a look at below.
