Arsenal, Liverpool, Man United: Who has the best record against the 'Big 6'?

Arsenal fell to a frustrating 2-0 defeat at home to Liverpool on Wednesday night despite a thoroughly encouraging performance.

The Gunners had their Premier League title-chasing guests on the ropes in the first half, with Gabriel Martinelli in particular causing the Liverpool defence some real headaches.

They couldn’t make their dominance count, however, and Liverpool showed their class in the second half to ruthlessly kill off the game.

While they are still in pole position to secure a place in the Champions League promised land for next season, manager Mikel Arteta will be hoping to stop the slide at just one loss with a number of teams waiting in the wings to pounce.

One area he may want to address with earnest intention is Arsenal’s performances in games against the so called ‘Big 6’.

The north London club have, by far and away the worst record when it comes the competition between the clubs at the top.
