Arsenal hero Jack Wilshere delivers his verdict on Tottenham signing Richarlison

Jack Wilshere reckons Richarlison ‘could be really, really good’ but the soon-to-be Tottenham player would not get in the Arsenal starting XI.

Spurs have agreed a £60m package with Everton for the Brazilian forward and a deal is on the verge of taking him to north London.

It is something of a coup for Antonio Conte’s side, with Richarlison linked with the likes of Barcelona and Chelsea, while Manchester United have also been interested in the past.

The Richarlison deal is set to be a £50m initial fee with £10m in add-ons, with the Brazilian set for a medical with the club on Thursday.

It has already been a busy summer in the transfer market as Spurs prepare to return to the Champions League.

Yves Bissouma has arrived from Brighton for £25m while Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster
