Arsenal given £63m transfer boost as Bundesliga club finds replacement for Mikel Arteta target
Arsenal have been given a major boost in their attempts to sign the ideal Nicolas Pepe replacement. Moussa Diaby had been heavily linked to the club, and Arsenal have been given a potential opening.
According to Bundesliga journalist Manuel Veth, Bayer Leverkusen have agreed to personal teams with Ukrainian winger Mykahilo Mudryk and the player has undergone a medical. Both Mudryk and Diaby feature in the same position.
Mudryk could potentially be the replacement for Diaby meaning the Gunners could pursue a deal for the Frenchman. Arsenal will need to sign a winger in the transfer window with Diaby being the ideal signing.
