Arsenal: Fabrizio Romano reveals transfer plan 'now' at the Emirates
Arsenal will focus on selling players before making more new signings, says transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The north London club have had a busy window, bringing in the likes of Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City, but Romano is now expecting departures at the Emirates.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta recently hinted that the Gunners could make further additions this summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports (via The Sun) after his side’s 2-0 win against Crystal Palace on Friday, the Spaniard said: “We are going to try [to bring in more players]. If we can do them, great. But now it’s work with the players we have, the focus should be with the players we have.”
As well as Jesus and Zinchenko, the Premier League outfit have also signed Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner and Marquinhos.
It is clear, though, that Arteta still wants to do more business before the transfer window closes in September.

Before Arsenal make any more signings, Romano is expecting exits at the Emirates.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, the Italian journalist said: “This club signed many players in June and July, now it’s time to sell players. So they let [Folarin] Balogun leave on loan to join Reims, [Bernd] Leno joined Fulham, there will be time for [Lucas] Torreira, Pablo Mari, [Ainsley] Maitland-Niles.
“They still have many things to resolve before jumping into new signings.”
It is evident that Arteta wants to bring a new winger to north London this summer. The Gunners, of course, made a bid for Raphinha before he left Leeds United for Barcelona.
