Arsenal: Arteta ‘would love opportunity’ to sign £23m star at Emirates

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta ‘would love the opportunity’ to sign Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz in January, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.
