Arsenal and Tottenham are battling with Inter Milan for the signature of Paulo Dybala on a free transfer after leaving Juventus at the end of his contract this summer.

Both Mikel Arteta and Antonio Conte are plotting moves for the Argentinian this summer as they look to bolster their respective attacks.
