Arsenal 4-0 Chelsea: Oleksandr Zinchenko beat Mason Mount with brilliant skill

Arsenal’s pre-season tour of the United States of America could not have ended in better fashion.

Mikel Arteta’s side played London rivals Chelsea in the Florida Cup final during the early hours of Sunday morning UK time and came away with a resounding 4-0 victory.

Summer arrival Gabriel Jesus – who is already a firm fan favourite – netted the opener on 15 minutes, before Martin Odegaard made it 2-0 nine minutes before the half-time interval.

Arsenal‘s jewel in the crown Bukayo Saka made it three in the 66th minute and it was Albert Sambi Lokonga who completed the scoring in second half stoppage-time.

The Gunners were ruthless in front of goal and completed dominated Chelsea from start to finish.

Does it get any better than that for Arsenal in pre-season? Probably not and fans also got their first glimpse of new signing Oleksandr Zinchenko.

The Ukrainian was handed a start by Arteta at left-back and performed very well during the first half of proceedings.

He even managed to send Mason Mount for a hotdog with a lovely piece of skill by the touchline.

Zinchenko, who was revered at Manchester City as one of the team’s best technicians, performed a textbook drag-back to breeze past the Chelsea playmaker.

The Arsenal man made it look so, so easy…

Oleksandr Zinchenko. That’s it. That’s the tweet.
