Arne Slot reveals what he noticed about Man United to mastermind Liverpool's win
Liverpool manager Arne Slot has explained how his team managed to exploit Manchester United's wide areas to triumph 3-0 in the Premier League.
In United's first clash with a 'top six' club this season they were easliy outclassed as Slot won in his first taste of this fixture. The Reds went into the break two goals down after double errors by Casemiro.
First, he played a poor pass which was easily intercepted leading to Mohamed Salah's cross being headed home by Luis Diaz. Seven minutes later, the Brazilian was caught dawdling on the ball as he was dispossessed by Diaz who eventually finished off the move with a good finish.

The match was over as a contest ten minutes after the interval as Salah made it three. After a sobering afternoon for the hosts, Slot spoke to Sky Sports about how he managed to mastermind victory at Old Trafford.
"Last season they were man-marking in the midfield and pressing with the seven and 11, so with the striker and one of the wingers jumping with him," the new Liverpool boss said. "This season, they jump with a nine and a 10 so in more of a 4-4-2 - that's different of course.
"I see them working harder if the ball is being played through them, they run more, that's at least what I saw from the first games. Simple as that.
"Their style is similar to last season, I don't remember that well. Their full-backs are sometimes really high and Casemiro comes in between, if you pick the ball and keep Diaz and Salah high then you're in a one-v-one situation.
"You need midfielders that can run, we had three today and five if they arrive in the duel that were aggressive enough. That was one of the main
