Armagh maintain momentum with victory in Fermanagh

Armagh took a giant step towards promotion after this four-point victory over Fermanagh in a re-fixed affair at Brewster Park.

Snow had delayed the game by a day but it did not deter Kieran McGeeney's men as they sit top of the table with Donegal.

But they will be less than happy at the number of scoring chances they missed throughout the 70 plus minutes of football in front of a large crowd.

The game was effectively when Armagh opened up a five-point gap midway through the second half, which gave them the momentum to drive for victory

Ultan Kelm made it a one-point game from a free shortly after the restart but Armagh would hit four in a row from Turbitt (2), Grugan, and Murnin to make it 0-12 to 0-07 after 50 minutes.
