Are Celtic about to finish Rangers off in the title race and go nine points clear? Monday Jury

KEITH JACKSON: Rangers will be desperate not to hand over their title at Celtic’s big party. But Giovanni van Bronckhorst and his players might be running on fumes by the time they make it across the city. A Celtic win seems the most likely outcome.

DAVID MCCARTHY: It may depend on how Rangers get on in Germany. They’ve hit a good spell of form and were the better team in the last Old Firm clash, so Celtic may have to wait for the title party, but they’ll still be having one at some point this season.

MICHAEL GANNON: It’s not done and dusted yet. This will be a last stand from Rangers and they’ll throw everything at it. Celtic will be happy with a point though and they should get it to all but seal the deal.

SCOTT BURNS: Celtic will be fired up to do it in front of their own fans. Rangers will be keen to keep the race going but Celtic could just edge it.

KEITH: It’s up to Giovanni van Bronckhorst to come up with a tactical solution but the Dutchman has his work cut out. Could Joe Aribo operate as a false nine, flanked by speed merchants Ryan Kent and Fashion Sakala? If they can get out of Germany with the semi-final still alive the manager will deserve huge credit.

DAVID: Given what they’ve achieved so far, you’d never rule them out but this is a huge ask without Morelos or Roofe up front. If they can get the Germans back to Ibrox with a single goal deficit, they have a chance. Otherwise it’s curtains.

MICHAEL: It doesn’t have to be. Leipzig will be a huge test but you wouldn’t put anything past this Rangers side in Europe. They can use the movement of Scotts Arfield and Wright and the pace of Fashion Sakala on the counter. Rangers are destined for a final showdown with West Ham.
