Apex Legends Beast of Prey Event: Release Date, New Game Mode and Everything We Know

EA and Respawn Entertainment have announced a new limited-time Beast of Prey Collection Event in Apex Legends.  

The wildly popular free-to-play first-person shooter continues to pick up players across the globe, as they dive into the world of Apex.

The game released in 2019 but it continues to be heavily supported by both Respawn and EA, with new cosmetics and limited-time events throughout the game’s lifespan.

Apex is one of the most popular games on Steam and has a 9/10 rating on the storefront, while it has also won the British Academy Games Award for Multiplayer.

Here’s everything you need to know about the new event!

Let’s take a look at all of the information we have about the new event.

The new event will kick off on September 20th and will run until October 4th within Apex Legends.

An all-new limited-time mode by the name of Gun Run is going to be added into the game.

Players will be forced to show just how well they know Apex’s weapon arsenal, along with new challenges, limited-time cosmetics and more.

The press release for the event describes the game mode as follows.

“All-New LTM Gun Run – Face off in a fast-paced, quick burst experience against three other squads and land kills to ascend through a track of 25 weapons. Gun Run is launching King Canyons’ original “Skull Town” and World Edge’s “Fragment East.””

A new trailer has been revealed for the Gun Run mode and it looks absolutely incredible.

There will be 24 event-limited cosmetics added to the game.

Unlocking all of the cosmetics will give you the chance to receive Loba’s Heirloom, tited the “Garra de Alanza”.
