The new AP Top 25 women's college basketball poll is out.
After winning conference tournament titles on Sunday, the SEC champion Texas Longhorns moved up one spot, the ACC champion Duke Blue Devils jumped five spots and into the top 10 and the Big 12 champion West Virginia Mountaineers ascended three spots to No. 12.
The Power 4 conference tournaments wrapped up Sunday and those teams won't play again until the NCAA tournament. Let's break down the rankings.
