Former Chelsea bosses Antonio Conte and Claudio Ranieri were spotted enjoying a Valentine’s Day meal between families in London.

The pair met up with having faced each other in the Premier League this season in January, with Conte in charge of Spurs and Ranieri at Watford.

Neither manager was in charge for the first meeting between the two sides back in August of 2021, where Spurs ran out 1-0 winners thanks to Son Heung-min's first-half goal.

The reverse fixture at Vicarage Road did see both at the helm though, with Davinson Sanchez’s 96th minute header taking all three points home for the Lilywhites in a frustrating afternoon for both managers.

Conte and his bench were seen celebrating wildly, before the Italian saw he was celebrating in front of his compatriot and quickly stopped doing so in a touching moment on the sidelines.

Ahead of the game, the Spurs head coach had discussed his friendship with Ranieri, saying: “First of all, there is great respect for the man. Claudio is a top person. There is friendship and shared admiration off the field too, between our respective families.”

Ranieri was equally complimentary of his counterpart, saying after the game: “Antonio is a fantastic manager, where he goes, he changes the team.
