Antonio Conte believes that both Harry Winks and Rodrigo Bentancur played well in the midfield during Tottenham's 2-0 defeat to Wolves.
Spurs slipped to a 2-0 deficit within 15 minutes of the Premier League encounter on Sunday afternoon at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Wolves outnumbered the home side in midfield and Conte had to make changes to help the two overrun central midfielders, although Tottenham could not find a way back into the match.
After the game Conte praised both Bentancur, who was making his full debut for the club, and Winks.
"I think [Rodrigo] played very well. I think the two midfielders played very well today," the Spurs head coach told their official website.
"Bentancur is a player who learned to manage the pressure with Juventus because with Juventus you have a lot of pressure.
"You have have seen tonight the way that they played the game but Winks also played a good game.
"It's difficult to comment after a defeat and it's difficult to concede two goals after 15 minutes.
"We have an opportunity to work and I hope the fans understand well our situation in this moment, to be realistic and try to push us until the end."
