After three wins in their opening Premier League games, Tottenham's season started to go downhill...until the arrival of Antonio Conte. The Italian not only improved individuals but also helped the team produce better performances, leading to improved results.

This helped Spurs secure a spot in the Champions League, which ended Arsenal's hopes of playing in the top European competition for another season. However, Conte still needs some new additions to his squad, to help it reach its full potential.

In January, the Lilywhites saw the arrival of Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur, with both having an immediate impact and settling in better than anyone would've expected. These types of signings need to be replicated in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Tottenham have already been linked with players across the world, some from fellow Premier League clubs and others from afar. Conte wants at least six new players at Spurs, with upgrades needed in various positions, meaning Fabio Paratici is set for a busy summer, which has been helped by ENIC's £150million investment.

The Lilywhites are already close to securing their first summer signings, in Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic, whose contracts at their current clubs expire this summer.
