Anthony Joshua still can't beat Tyson Fury despite monstrous punch machine effort
Despite recent defeats, Anthony Joshua is still known as one of the fiercest punchers in the whole of boxing.
The former heavyweight world champion has given us yet another example of his immense power, as he took on his latest opponent, the punch machine.
The 32-year-old’s career is at a bit of a crossroads following his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in August, which came after his initial defeat to the Ukrainian in September of last year.
A crunch battle of Britain bout with Tyson Fury was being negotiated, but that has since fallen through to the frustration of boxing fans.
And AJ’s promoter Eddie Hearn has given an idea as to why the talks broke down.
He said: “It is no longer as simple as fighters signing for the purse split.
“AJ could find himself in breach of contract with his business deals.”
Potential next opponents could include Joe Joyce or even a mouth-watering rematch with long-term rival Dillian Whyte.
But right now, the former Olympic champion isn’t signed up to fight anyone and he looks to be enjoying his time away from the pressures of big bouts.
Taking on the punch machine, he delivered an enormous left hook which gave him a 971 score.
He previously took on the challenge over five years ago, when he appeared on The Graham Norton Show.
