Anthony Joshua fight tonight: Time, TV channel, live stream and how to watch

Anthony Joshua takes on the American Jermaine Franklin in his comeback bout following successive defeats to Oleksandr Usyk. Joshua was beaten by Usyk for the second time in August last year having first lost to the Ukrainian in September 2021.

The Londoner now faces Franklin as he aims to return to winning ways having reached something of a crossroads in his career. A highly-publicised all-British blockbuster fight against Tyson Fury has been mooted for several years but now looks all but dead in the water.

Joshua has weighed in at a career heaviest 18st 3lbs for Saturday’s heavyweight contest. Franklin, meanwhile, weighed in at 18st 5lbs.

Speaking ahead of the fight, the odds-on favourite Joshua said: “I’ve got my gameplan, I’ve got my mind right. I am ready for war. I know I can knock him out but I follow the process.”

Franklin, 29, who was defeated by Dillian Whyte in November said: “Honestly, we've had more time to prepare for the fight. With the Dillian Whyte fight, we only had a few weeks. We made the best of it and we didn't make any excuses but this time around we had more weeks to prepare.”

Here are Saturday's expected ring walks, TV and live streaming information and the full fight card.

The fight takes place at London's O2 Arena on Saturday, April 1 and ring walks for the main event are expected at the very specific time of 10:41pm, according to the fight broadcaster DAZN.

AJ vs Franklin takes place on April 1 at London's iconic O2. Some last minute tickets are available, but you can watch the whole thing from the comfort of your sofa for just £9.99 alongside hours of other sport content as part of a DAZN package.
