Another major supermarket confirms date for Prime drink launch - and it includes special edition flavour

Prime enthusiasts will have another place to buy their favourite beverage in the UK. Yet another major retailer has followed in the footsteps of Asda, Aldi, Morrisons and Costco in stocking the super popular hydration drink created by YouTubers Logan Paul and KSI.

The pair created the drink back in 2022 but when it came to Britain a few months later getting your hands on one was nigh on impossible. However, Sainsbury's have announced that they will be selling the popular hydration drink from Tuesday (February 21).

They are the second major retailer to announce they will be stocking the product this week after Morrison's confirmed that they are 'looking' into supplying customers. The limited edition orange and mango flavour only available in the UK will also be at Sainsbury's stores for £2.50, while the rest of the flavours will be sold for £2.

The business venture for Logan and KSI who were once enemies has been extremely lucrative. Speaking on KIIS FM's The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Tuesday, Paul, 27, said ‘in year one we cleared $250 million in retail sales and $110million gross internally.'

He also added that in January 2023 alone, they did $45 million. "We definitely cracked the code. We hit a few really important things that are a staple marketing ploy of this generation," Paul said.

Paul explained how he and KSI, 29, utilised their social media presence and content creation talents to keep the product in fans' minds. KSI added that he does not know any brand that has moved as fast as them.
