Ange Postecoglou's Celtic press conference in full as boss insists Rangers withdrawal doesn't ruin Sydney Super Cup

Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou insists he's still looking forward to the Sydney Super Cup despite Rangers pulling out of the Down Under tournament.

The Ibrox club pulled out of the November trip abroad that would have seen the first ever Old Firm derby played overseas.

They were due to meet Celtic as well as Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers in the tournament marketed as Postecoglou's homecoming tour.

But they pulled out and blamed the tournament organisers for being "unwilling to fulfil their commitments" to the club.

Postecoglou though insists he's looking forward to it going ahead regardless as he said Rangers pulling out is no disappointment.

He said: "Apart from the fact that I think it's going to be great for our football club because I know how passionate people are about this club and football in general, for me it's a trip back home. So I am certainly looking forward to it.
