Ange Postecoglou delivers prophetic Celtic title race quip as he gives Rangers result short shrift

Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou insisted he "didn't care" about the Rangers result after his side won again in the Premiership title race.

Goals from Cameron Carter-Vickers and Callum McGregor saw off St Mirren and while the championship hopefuls weren't quite at their blistering best they were a cut above Stephen Robinson's Buddies.

Asked by reporter Kenny Macintyre if it was a drab affair on BBC Sportsound, he said: "Well, depends what you're looking for.

"Maybe you're disappointed with the way it went, mate.

"I'm not really sure. We've won a game 2-0, they didn't create anything, we dominated the football and it's hard when the opposition sit so deep.
