Andy Halliday insists Rangers board must take January transfers flak as he reckons Celtic were allowed to catch up

Surprised Andy Halliday reckons Celtic's January shopping spree has now left Rangers playing catch-up in the Premiership.

And he believes the buck must stop with the Ibrox board after a second successive derby defeat with a six-point deficit now separating them from their rivals.
