Amir Khan backs Tommy Fury's decision to skip I'm a Celebrity for KSI rematch

Amir Khan has given a thumbs up to Tommy Fury’s decision to reject I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, particularly amidst the buzz of a potential rematch with KSI—prior to stating his intention to step up if Jake Paul triumphs over Mike Tyson. Fury, 25, who holds victories in the ring over both Paul and fellow YouTuber KSI this year, achieved a unanimous win against the latter, leaving KSI, real name Olajide William Olatunji, quite taken aback in their October clash.

With Tyson Fury's kin opting out of ITV’s popular show, speculation is rampant about an impending negotiation session with KSI. Nonetheless, both Fury and Khan are poised to closely monitor the eagerly anticipated bout between Paul and boxing icon Tyson in Texas.

In reflecting on Fury’s choices and the upcoming high-profile skirmish, Khan, who took part in Series 17 of the reality show in 2017, shared his perspective candidly with Prime Casino. He added, "It would have been a great detox for him and to do a bit of training stuff like that if the fight is a couple of months away. Having that one month in the jungle I think does you good, mentally, and brings your weight down and everything."

"It just depends when the fight is. If it was at the same time then yeah I think boxing for him comes first, and such a big fight fighting KSI - KSI is a massive name and Tommy has been out of the ring for a very long time now. That comes first for him. Boxing is what made him and boxing needs to come first.", reports the Express.

Fury hasn't stepped into the ring since his win over
