AMD 7800XT and 7700XT price, benchmarks and where to buy as new graphics card is released

AMD is launching its new line of Radeon graphics cards.

The company's new graphics cards are being touted as exceptionally powerful at a more affordable price than some of its competitors, according to reports. Initial prices indicate that the 7700XT can be grabbed for as low as £450 while the 7800XT ranges around the £500 mark, depending on the retailer and availability.

The new generation of cards reportedly clocks in at 2544MHz for the 7700XT and 2430MHz for the 7800XT. However, the 7800XT boasts a slightly more powerful setup with 16GB of GDDR6 memory (compared to 12GB on the 7700XT) plus 19.6Gbps of memory speed compared to 18Gbps on the 7700XT.
