Amber Davies does something unexpected with drinks tins and fans call it 'iconic'

Amber Davies has taken her style guru status to the next level after doing something thoroughly unexpected with drinks cans. The Love Island star posted a picture on her social media which had her many fans declaring her 'iconic'.

Leaning over a bathroom sink, the Welsh celebrity, currently appearing as Lorraine Baines McFly in Back to the Future on London's West End, is clearly getting ready for a big night. But instead of volume-boosting curlers, she's using mini cans of Malibu.

The whole set-up is an advertising campaign for Malibu rum. The 26-year-old has clearly labelled it an ad, and is shown tucking into a refreshing Piña Colada.

The caption is delightfully cheeky: "Ready for a night out with my girls, kicking it off with a blissful @maliburumuk Piña Colada #DoWhateverTastesGood #ad & yes. Those ARE Malibu tinnies in my hair."

Amber's fans have lost it over the 'do, with fellow Love Islander Tasha Gouri straight in the comments: "Omg this is iconic!!!! The best ad I’ve seen."

Amber is set to go stellar with the starring role in Pretty Woman from October. She will star as Vivien Ward, the role made famous by Julia Roberts on the big screen.
