Amazon shoppers race to buy 'better than AirPods' headphones reduced from £130 to £20

For a lot of us, listening to music while working out is half the reason why we put ourselves through a fitness journey in the first place. Whether it's the drown out the noise of a busy gym or to push you towards that next PB, having a pair of decent earbuds to accompany us is paramount for most fitness freaks.

Apple's AirPods are a common sight among gyms, but Amazon shoppers have found an alternative that some reviewers describe as being 'better than' the most popular pods on the block. Made by Rolosar, these sports earphones usually cost £129.99, but they're currently reduced by 85% to a staggering £19.99 in a limited time deal.

Offering a huge saving of £110, shoppers have understandably leaped at the deal, with tens of reviews flowing in from the last week on Amazon's platform. With an average rating of 4.4 stars across 2,301 reviews, customers appear to appreciate the range of features these headphones offer considering their price.

The main difference between these earphones and AirPods is the dedicated silicon loop that hooks the buds around the back of your ear. This keeps them locked in place, unlike AirPods which have a habit of falling out in a variety of different ear shapes.

"I used to use AirPods but couldn’t use them for while exercising as they would constantly fall out of my ears," writes one customer. "These headphones are much more secure so are perfect for listening to music when in the gym."

Rolosar's earphones also come equipped with four levels of noise cancelling, which helps to block out the outside world while trying to focus on your workout. Apple's premium earphones also offer this feature, but it comes at an equally premium cost.
