Amad is giving Manchester United and Erik ten Hag an option they do not have

When Amad joined Manchester United in January 2021, he was hailed as a potential game-changer of the future. After one year in and around the first team squad the 20-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan in the Scottish Premier League with Rangers, where he scored three goals across all competitions and made a total of 13 appearances.

At United the young forward has already appeared in the Premier League and Champions League but regular first-team opportunities have been hard to find.
