Amad and Harry Amass are giving Manchester United easy decisions to make
Amad clarified this week that he is capable of playing anywhere in attack. He lived up to that billing in San Diego.

Amad's second goal of pre-season, reminiscent of his arrowed strike against Newcastle in May, will fuel calls for his inclusion among the starters against Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday week.

With no striker and a starting XI teeming with players who could or should be sold, United produced their most fluid performance of pre-season. Their attack is devoid of a proven goalscorer and the contributions of Amad and Marcus Rashford should assuage some concerns, though the latter's fitness is a concern after he was forced off. Antony also retired hurt 23 minutes after his introduction.
From Amad to Amass. Harry Amass, the 17-year-old, followed up an invaluable 45 minutes against Arsenal with a swashbuckling performance at left back. That augurs well with Tyrell Malacia's absence from club football teetering towards the 15-month mark as he continues his rehabilitation from two rounds of knee surgery.
